Event Preview: Test N’ Tune & Swap Meet March 28th

WHEELERSBURG, OH-The first Test N’ Tune of the preseason is set for Saturday, March 28th.  For the first time ever, a swap meet has also been added to the Test N’ Tune.  This doubleheader event will take place at the same time with the track open for on track action and the swap meet in the outside pit area.  Gates will open at 10:00 am and the track will be open for practice from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm.  General admission is FREE and pit passes are only $10.  There is no additional fee to setup a booth or to enter a car in the Test N’ Tune.

The preseason Test N’ Tune creates an excellent opportunity for drivers to get laps before the start of the season in April.  For race fans, the preseason Test N’ Tune is the first time to see cars on the track after a long winter and the first look at the 2015 cars.  With the low pit pass price, it also gives race fans who may not normally purchase a pit pass a chance to go into the pit area at a price cheaper than a normal general admission ticket.

The 2015 season officially gets underway on Friday, April 3rd with Premier Physical & Occupational Therapy Opening Night.  The racing card will feature Late Models-$2,000 to win, $250 to start, Modifieds-$750 to win, $140 to start, Sport Mods-$300 to win, $35 to start, a $400 to win Late Model consolation feature, and a $200 to win Modified consolation feature.  For more information visit www.southernohiospeedway.com.
